Legal Research On The Protection Of Women's Right To Education In The Tibet Autonomous Region

China's Constitution stipulates that the right to education is one of the basic rights of citizens.It is not allowed to use any means to deprive or infringe upon the right to education of citizens.The realization of the right to education is inseparable from the improvement of citizens' material and spiritual life.The realization of female right to education is the way and right for them to acquire better knowledge and skills through their knowledge and skills.Due to the historical,cultural,economic,and geographical location of Tibet,the right to education of women in Tibet is difficult to achieve.Promoting the legal protection of female right to education in the Tibet Autonomous Region is not only conducive to the improvement of their family status and social status,but also to the realization of personal values;it is more conducive to the improvement of Tibetan population quality,economic and cultural prosperity and national unity.Although Tibet has achieved good results in female education,there is still much room for improvement.Therefore,it is more valuable and necessary to study the protection of female right to education in the Tibet Autonomous Region.The main body of this article includes three parts.The first part,starting from the relevant theories of female right to education,comprehensively analyzes the concept,main content and significance of female right to education.It also sorted out some important domestic and foreign legislation and policies on the protection of female right to education,and also collated and analyzed the relevant local laws and regulations of the Tibet Autonomous Region.The second part,through the perspectives of schools,towns and genders at all levels,studies the characteristics and current situation of female right to education in the Tibet Autonomous Region,and shows the space in which the protection of female right to education in Tibet Autonomous Region can be developed.The factors that currently affect the protection of female right to education in the Tibet Autonomous Region.The third part,based on the analysis of the protection of Tibetan female right to education in the first two parts,puts forward the theoretical suggestions and specific measures to improve the protection of female right to education,with a view to improving the legal protection of female right to education in Tibet.
