Research On China-Arab Relations Under The "One Belt, One Road" Strategy

With the development of globalization and recombination of the world pattern,it will have profound effects on the relations between China and Arab countries in the fields of politics,economy and culture.The traditional cooperation way is obviously not satisfied with the developing needs of China-Arab relations.Under the background of this reality,the China-Arab cooperation forum is needed.In 2013,“The belt and Road” strategy is carried out which takes the new opportunities and challenges for China-Arab relations.So the paper is aimed to discuss this topic.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part explains the historical evolution by using the methods of analyzing the histories in respect of politics,economy and culture,and finally gets the new changes and features especially after carrying out “The belt and Road” strategy.In the second part,it aims to investigate and analyze the agenda of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation as well as the specific measures and influence of China-Arab cooperation by combing “The belt and Road” strategy.The third part is mainly to analyze the factors which deeply effects and restricts the development of China-Arab relations from the starting of the existing ventures and to give the suggestions and measures for it.The last part talks about the positive interaction ways of China-Arab under the background of one belt one road strategy.All in all,China-Arab should follow the trend of the times and seize the chance under the new period.It is also important for guarding the risks and threats.I firmly believe that the forum will be the main mechanism to promote the further development of China-Arab relations with guidance of “The belt and Road” strategy.
