Analysis Of The Prospects And Obstacles Of China-EU Cooperation Under The “Belt And Road Initiative” Initiative

As the two terminals of the One Belt and One Road Initiative(Shorted as OROB),OROB has created a new platform for the cooperation between China and Europe.Firstly,this article has reviewed the whole content of OROB,acknowledging that it focus more on the development.Based on that,this article put emphasis on the significance of European Part in the OROB project.Secondly,this article has focused on the European reaction toward OROB.It turned out that the realistic reaction has been through a process from hesitation,then part areas’ positive reaction,to a whole range of active response,while the cognitive reaction was majorly positive.Thirdly,this articles has summarized the existing cooperation result between China and Europe under OROB from three levels: the European Union level,the Central and Eastern Europe level and the individual European countries level.It found that: 1)The cooperation has a various characteristic of multiple-layered;2)The cooperation takes economic cooperation as the main method and cultural exchange as supplement;3)The cooperation between China and Europe under OROB has been very fruitful and has a promising future.However,the cooperation between China and Europe under OROB also had some obstacles,which mainly from three aspects,including the China’s and European inside problems as well as the difference between China and Europe.These problems may stunt the cooperation between China and Europe under OROB.In the last part,due to these potential problems,this article has made four suggestions to the cooperation between China and Europe under OROB.When it comes to the conclusion,we must find out that there are more opportunities than challenges in the cooperation between China and Europe under OROB.
