prison,difficult for criminals to return to society,high recidivism rate,causing the increasing breaking between the ways of punishment and the purpose of the punishment.the socialization of prison execution is the effective way to help criminal return to the society,embodies the value of humanity and benefit.It takes the prison as the leading role and guides the active participation of social forces,which effectively reduces the personal danger and the possibility of recidivism of criminals,and makes up for the drawbacks and limitations of traditional imprisonment punishment.This paper is analyzing the problem of the prison execution socialization,based on the Q prison in zhejiang province.the existence question and the reason,at the same time,combining with the concrete practice of the prison execution socialization,adding the good experience of the foreign developed country,solving the actual problems in the field of the socialization of execution in prisons.If so,we will get a higher level of the effect of the execution,finding a good way to change criminal's mind,the paper mainly consists of the following four parts.The first part is the explanation or the definition of execution,especially change the mind from classical to the modern idea of prison execution,more police configuration,more family help including parent's and friend's care,the detention of different categories of criminals,innovation classification in the system,strengthen the social teachers to join,improve the system of three class education,exploring the prison "community".In short,the socialization of prison execution is a further improvement of our country's traditional imprisonment execution methods.It satisfies the needs of human rights,help the criminal theory of the
