The second Abe cabinet's behaviors in the south China sea are more and more high profile and often. Not only Mr.Abe himself, other cabinet officials also often make comments in a variety of public international conference to criticize China`s legal behavior in the south China sea.Abe's ways of interference are varied,he has increased military aid to the Philippines and Vietnam, and also strengthen the parties such as the Philippines and Vietnam`s economic cooperation and aid for their economy, increase military exercises' scale and time.It also wooed other countries, such as India,to against China's legal actions in the south China sea.Every policy of every country in any period of time is always to serve the general policy of its country. So,the establishment and implementation of the policy in the south China sea by Abe's cabinet must also serve Japan's national policies.Mr.Abe's intervention in the south China sea has been more blatant than his predecessor's.And there must be a national strategic purpose behind their actions. It is also a product of its diplomatic, military, security and economic policies. In the south China sea,Abe's actions' reasons include Japan's relationship with the United States,Diaoyu Island, the asia-pacific's leading authority, the strengthening of international influence and voice, and the revision of the constitution.Mr Abe's intervention in the south China sea is characterized by economic, military and political way.The prime minister, foreign minister, defense minister all levels of the Abe's cabinet has take a part in it.Japan's intervention in the south China sea make the Philippines,Vietnam and other aggressive countries involved more arrogant, and make the issue more complex.China shouldhandle the relations with southeast Asian countries, and strengthen dialogue between China and Japan to slow in Japan‘s intervention in the south China sea and maintain strategic confidence.
