A Study On The Status And Affection Of Cool Japan Strategy In Japan's Diplomacy

Since the 1990 s,the human society had begun to enter the Internet age,information technology and digital gradually have more and more important position in all countries,and the development of human society in the 2010 s,this also means that we have to enter a deeper and more advanced age of the Internet,have even begun to explore into the intelligent era,and the ongoing development world has new development mode,communication between countries or the contention between countries has not only confined to the content of military strength,economic strength and other hardware,because of the overall international environment is peaceful,the influence of a country on other countries or the world will become more and more important.And this kind of influence can be reflected in a country's culture,values and system.The influence of a country to other countries is not the military and economic and other "hard" powers,is about the "soft power" of the country.In the history of Japan,there were a few times can be called the “key time”,first is the "Meiji restoration" in the late 1860 s,it became an important turning point in Japanese modern history.Second is that The Japanese War of Aggression Against China.The third time is in post-war,in order to restore the national strength,Japan made important progress on the economy.But after an economic superpower,due to the worldwide economic recession,Japan's economy experienced a chastened "lost decade",in this case,in order to find a new national development mode,the former Japanese prime minister Taro Aso putted forward "Cool Japan" slogan,Japan has on the path of cultural industry to save the Japanese economy and politics.This article has three parts and seven chapters,In addition to the introduction and conclusion,it is divided into five chapters,the main contents include:Firstly is about the background of selected topic,mainly including related research status quo of domestic and the main research methods used in the paper.In the thesis body content,Firstly is the main content of this part through the theoretical perspective to interpret the related concept,including soft power,cultural soft power and concepts of Japanese cultural soft power.Then,mainly analysis the strategy of "cool Japan" and the development of the specific process and stage,and analyzed the characteristics of the strategy of "cool Japan" and its associated with Japan's diplomatic strategy.And the strategy of "cool Japan" in the concrete implementation process of overseas points were analyzed,and researched the achievement of the strategy of "cool Japan",and also from another angle to think about the resistance of the strategy in the overseas.After understanding the content about the strategy of "cool Japan" in the process of Japan's diplomacy played what kind of role,and had what kind of influence in the international community.Through the analysis of the above four chapters,you can see even though the strategy of "cool Japan" has the resistance factors of the development and progress,but the successful of the strategy that can be learned by China,so this part mainly to talk about what can be learned by China from the strategy of Japan.The last part is the conclusion part of this article,in this part,you can read of the analysis of the causes of the "cool Japan" strategy,development situation and the role of this strategy in Japanese diplomacy and how to deal with this strategy for China and how to develop Chinese cultural soft power.
