Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Grassroots Rural Legal Services

In the third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,the decision of the Communist Party of China put forward: "The two structure of urban and rural areas is the main obstacle to the integration of urban and rural development.""The new relationship between urban and rural areas to promote agricultural workers to the city with rural workers and peasants of reciprocity,urban and rural integration" gradually formed,opportunities for farmers to participate in the process of modernization,to share the fruits of modernization more equal,which must perfect the system and mechanism.In the stage of rural development,the urgent demand for legal services in the vast majority of rural areas in China is becoming increasingly strong,and the relevant measures of rural legal services in China are also stretched.Therefore,in the new period of deepening reform,the construction of new rural legal services is also increasingly important.In February 1,2015 the State Council issued the central document proposed "around the rural work,strengthen the rule of law in rural areas,rural job requirements to fully implement the spirit of the eighteen and third and fourth a series of speeches,and comprehensively promote the rule of law in rural areas.Grassroots governance should be the basis and focus of national governance system,rural governance is the focus of grassroots governance.Rural legal services to the masses,rooted in rural areas,and actively provide legal services and effective legal protection for rural grassroots organizations and the rural work,by the broad masses of the people and the rural grassroots cadres trust,grassroots legal service is in a important role,in some areas more lawyers tend to be developed the city,only the grassroots legal service workers actively involved in rural legal construction,has become an important part of rural grassroots legal service.At the same time,the rural legal service plays an important role in the rural modernization of the rule of law,through indepth investigation and visits to the social investigation,the current situation about the legal service where there are still some problems to be solved,then the author chooses three townships in Laiwu City Gangcheng district as the research object,Through the analysis of its main problems there,looking for issue,analyzing the reasons,and puts forward some countermeasures with pertinence,feasibility or advice.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction:Introduces the reason ofchoosing the topic,the significance of the research,the research methods and the innovation;The second part:Mainly introduces the basic situation of the object of study,including Yan Zhen Laiwu Gangcheng district's basic situation,research content and process etc;The third part:Through the analysis of survey data,the data collection status of rural legal services of Gangcheng District Yan Zhuang Zhen Laiwu City,understand the current situation in the town of rural legal services;The fourth part:Analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the legal services in rural areas;In the fifth part:The author analyzes and summarizes the main problems of the town,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems from the field and reality.
