From the Psychological Contract, this paper draws on research results from domestic and foreign, according to the survey about grass-roots civil servants’ expectations of the government’s administrative organization and survey about pressure. Analyses the pressure source about psychological contract violation during grass-roots civil servants, and relevant factors that affect pressure for seeking effective path to relieve their working pressure.The total thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is mainly related concepts and literature review of the psychological contract and the working pressure are summarized. Including the concept of the psychological contract and work pressure, the formation of the psychological contract and breach of job stress, stress management concepts and correlation analysis of the psychological contract and working pressure. The second part is empirical research questionnaire draws the Kam Spector,"Job Satisfaction Scale and OSI" Occupational Stress Scale, and Japan Kyushu University School of Medicine heart treatment chamber body disease pressure correspond to develop a "grass-roots civil servants psychological contract and work pressure questionnaire. A questionnaire survey covers Hongshan District, Chifeng City, Yuanbaoshan District, Songshan District, Wengniute Banner in the Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion, includes140grass-roots civil servants is conducted. Using of statistical software SPSS15.0Statistical analyses grass-roots civil servants working pressure of Chifeng City. Explore working pressure sources and related impacts of pressure from the point of view of the psychological contract. The survey finds there is a positive correlation between the pressure of grass-roots civil servants and the expectations to the government. And Pressure index and all expectations factors Latitude also almost found are relevant. The survey results show that the main work pressure source of grass-roots civil servants in Chifeng City is "work itself,"leadership" and "promotion", while gender, ethnic, age, qualifications and level differences are caused by the grass-roots civil servants working pressure. After analysis and research, the third part explores the remission ways from the organizational mechanisms and personal development of grass-roots civil servants working pressure.
