Research On Grass-roots Civil Servants Psychological Health Problems

Civil servants bear the important functions of managing state affairs and social public affairs.The quality of civil servants directly affects the level of governance of the Communist Party of China and the level of government administration.Grass-roots civil servants are the bonds between the government and the masses,accounting for more than 60%of the total number of civil servants,and has an important role in the efficient operation of our government administration.Grass-roots civil servants in addition to have the political quality,professional knowledge,work ability and physical quality,but also need to have a good psychological quality.However,with the continuous advancement of the transformation of our government functions,the role of government and grass-roots civil servants has changed,and mental health problems have gradually emerged.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the current situation of mental health of grass-roots civil servants,analyze the causes and put forward the countermeasures to solve the mental health problems of them.In this study,the mental health status of all the grass-roots civil servants in the L Branch of Q City Land and Resources Bureau of Fujian Province was investigated by questionnaire and SCL-90.The SPSS21.0 The data were analyzed statistically and found that the mental health status of the grassroots civil servants was generally good,but the proportion of obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility and paranoia was higher.From the physiological performance,psychological performance and behavior of the three aspects of the summary of the performance of mental health problems.And analyzes the causes of mental health problems of grass-roots civil servants from three aspects:grass-roots civilservants' own cognition,institutional arrangement and social environment.And on this basis,from the strengthening of grass-roots civil servants personal psychological adjustment ability,improve the grass-roots civil service management system and establish a good social environment put forward three aspects of grass-roots civil servants to solve the problem of mental health problems.
