Volunteer service in china is outcome of the combination of society and volunteer services,which has incomparable superiority and powerful vitality.Although the volunteer service in china still has been in primary period,but the achievement coming from developmental process is known to all of us.Of course,while obtaining great success,our country' s community volunteer services also are faced with some challenge and problems,which are mainly presented in four aspects of government?community residents committee?community volunteer organizations and community volunteers.Through analyzing causes of those issues,this research will propose constructive measures and suggestions for our country' s community volunteer services,with the aim of solving relevant issues in four respects.This essay will proceed in analyzing measures from four views:Firstly,as the major leader in community volunteer services,the government plays the role in managing the whole situation.Consequently,the government should build a macro environment to indulge the development of community volunteer services,including developing and supporting community,s volunteer organizations positively?improving legal regulations for community's volunteer services?increasing funds to invest the volunteer services and so on;Secondly,as the coordinator of government,the community residents committee plays a role in providing information and gathering resources in the process of volunteer service.So,the community residents committee should reinforce themselves' responsibilities,such as playing the role of arranging job directly?indulging the development of volunteer service with the help of social power;Thirdly,as the manager and builder in direct,community volunteer institutions are mainly aimed to organize volunteers smoothly and plan volunteer services as well,So that community residents committee should standard the constructive direction of volunteer service,including dealing with the relationship between itself and the government?keeping the unofficial color well?advertising the community volunteer service and so on;Fourthly,as the major joiner of volunteer service,volunteers in community occupied critical place,who are able to provide fresh blood for volunteer services.So,it's essential to improve the incentive protection mechanism for volunteers in community?strengthen the protection for volunteers' rights and interests?making the full use of professional strength of social workers and so on.
