As the most basic government in our country,the township government has to promote the political and economic system of our country.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the human resource management,using it as the first productive force.Despite the rapid development of China's economy,there are many problems in human resources management during government departments,remains to be further studied not only in theoretical research but also in the practice.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the development trend of our government human resources as the basis,in the course of research to the X town government human resources management situation case study,systematically analyzes its human resources management.The main problems are the human and power configuration is not reasonable,the evaluation system is not perfec,the training mechanism is not scientific and the supervision mechanism is not perfect.These problems have also been existed the most of the township in China from long ago,and are eager to be solved.In this paper,the author puts forward some suggestions combined with local actual,through reasonable allocation of human resources and scientific evaluation methods,to solve the problem of human resource management in the process of human resource management,and provide the experience to other government.
