With the development of the aging population,traditional endowment patterns can't satisfy people's needs.Especially for the elders,who not only face the inconvenience of solitary life,but also suffer from psychological loneliness.Some scholars point out that we should carry forward resources integration of the care and implementing the community security for the old.Besides,the authorities should establish support foundations,providing a home-based care system or opening nursing homes to help the old spend their old age in contentment.Under the background of “Smart City”,it's urgent for the government to cooperate with social organizations to provide intelligent endowment service.In this thesis,the author gives the definition of “intelligent endowment service system”.With the exploration of the old who live in the city of Rizhao,the demands of solitary old men attract the author.Their security problems,medical care,how to deal with the emergencies and how to realize remote interactions with their children become the main problems of the elderly care service industry.In order to meet the need of the old,we designed a smart pet to keep them accompany.Hope my thought of the intelligent system is helpful for the government.“Intelligent endowment service system” is an overall system design of government,the society and the family.As it is an innovative model,we'd better take important measures to perfect this system.
