| The deepening of population aging and the highlighting of the characteristics of "old age before wealth" have made "no money for old age" and "no one for old age" a challenge for many elderly people and the whole old age industry.The challenges are The "smart senior care" is a powerful tool to meet this challenge,but in the process of development,related problems are gradually revealed,and the contradiction between supply and demand of services is a prominent problem,which needs to be found and solved.Therefore,to depict the current situation of smart senior care service from both supply and demand,to explore the contradiction between supply and demand in the process of smart senior care service,to investigate the reasons of supply-demand imbalance and to solve countermeasures,is conducive to improving the quality and level of smart senior care service and promoting the long-term and stable development of smart senior care.Taking Huzhou A state-owned enterprise as a case,this paper uses literature method and case analysis method to carry out research from the perspective of supply and demand,and comprehensively shows the demand situation of Huzhou state-owned enterprise ’s aging population for smart senior care service and the current situation of smart senior care service supply.There are problems of complex platform application operation,formal service functions,lack of professional talents,industry standard not yet established and insufficient propaganda introduction.In view of the existing problems of state-owned enterprise ’s smart senior care model,the platform should build a senior care data system,continuously optimize the operation mode and continue to enrich the service content;enterprises should continuously improve technical support and take the initiative to do a good job of related publicity;the government should cultivate senior care professionals,improve the relevant incentive system and establish a sound supervision system. |
