European Legal Research On Refugee Issues

As is known to all,peace and development are the themes of the world today.However,regional conflicts are still the common problems in the entire world in this situation.Since 2016,the international terrorist organization ISIS comes again,spreading greatly.The fighting raged,and the people numbered.The number of refugees from Syria and Afghanistan into European countries increases heavily,which also triggered the worst refugee problem in the European society since world war II and brought a lot of pressure on the social economic development and social stability.Based on the perspective of the European Union,we analyze relevant laws and regulations in the European society,such as the schengen agreement,the Dublin convention,the Maastricht treaty,the tampere agreement,the nice treaty in this paper.We analyze the defects of the international community to protect refugees in these international document.For example,the concept of refugee is too narrow.And there are many conflicts and contradictions between the European Union as a supranational international organization and sovereign states.In addition,there are a lot of difficulties in refugee protection of human rights.Therefore,based on the above issues as the breakthrough point,we determine the concept of“refugees”,encourage the EU to take international responsibility,incorporating refugees into the international human rights protection system.This article mainly consists of the following several parts involving the European refugee problems:the first part,introduction.Accumulate materials of European refugee problems,and determine the basic framework of this study.The second part,the overview of European refugees introduce.We carry on the simple introduction from the Angle of the macroscopic background of European refugee problem,and confirm the core we study,that is the concept of "refugees" in this paper,.The third part,introduce the international treaty on European refugee problem and its main content.For example,the schengen agreement,the Dublin convention,the Maastricht treaty,the tampere agreement,the nice agreement and so on.The fourth part,on the basis of the international treaties or agreements,we point out the defects in solving the European refugee problems.The fifth part,the paper puts forward the legal countermeasures to solve the European problem of refugees.The sixth part,conclusion.Summarize the main research contents and methods in this paper and put forward the defects in this paper,and hopes for the future.
