Europe is experiencing the most serious refugee crisis since World War II.The European Union’s economic recovery,social stability and the European integration have been severely tested in this crisis.By sorting out the causes and characteristics of the refugee crisis,we can distinguish it from other contemporary refugee problems.Poland has refused to accept the European Union’s distribution program when the other member states accepted refugees after a series of policies and programmes govern the refugee crisis by EU.It appears that treatment scheme is complicated and specific.The essay regards the event of Accession of Poland to the European Union and the refugee crisis as an important time joint the research the change of the Polish refugee policy.After several development and adjustment,the Polish refugee policy gradually emerged from the influence of the "Europeanization",but the Poland accept it at first for join the European Union.When the refugee crisis broke out,Poland strictly limits on the size,origin and religious of the refugees in case of they have an impact on national security and stability,according to the particularity of Polish political,economic,history,religious and geopolitical pattern.It reflects that Poland’s lack of a mature policy and mechanism for solving the refugee problem for a long time.Behind the refugee problem,Poland shows a game in which the ruling party competes with established western powers for right of speech in the EU.
