Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Effective Treatment Of Urban Road Traffic In Shanghai

As the center of economic development,the development of urban road traffic in Shanghai has entered the stage of all-round development.The government's road safety management level is gradually improving.However,the current road traffic violations in Shanghai are gradually increasing,the frequency of traffic accidents is also rising year by year.All these have seriously hindered the development of Shanghai's economy and the construction of harmonious society.Based on this background,it is necessary to deal with the traffic violations in Shanghai.Firstly,to define the city road safety violations of road traffic and the current status of mining practical significance of public management theory in the management of road traffic safety,and collect the relevant statistical data of Shanghai city traffic violations remediation as research data,analysis of road traffic management the current achievements and challenges and difficulties in order to find out the existing governance,in the road safety problem;secondly,compare and draw lessons from the other city of domestic and foreign advanced practice of the law on road traffic management and experience summary of the governance of Shanghai traffic violations and enhance road safety management.Finally,combined with the above analysis,the author puts forward some measures and suggestions to meet the facts of Shanghai from many angles.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part,clarify the basis and research significance of urban road traffic illegal management in Shanghai,introduce the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and my research purpose,research ideas and research methods.The second part,according to the related concepts and theories of city road traffic,respectively introduces the basic theory of public mangement concepts of road traffic safety and study involved,explore the governance theory of the law on road traffic management.The third part explains the current situation of Shanghai road traffic violations of road traffic law governance,review the history of restoration measures,compared with the current Shanghai people,for violations of the car to carry out traffic control measures,the implementation of road traffic violations remediation effect by field survey and chart data show Shanghai.The fourth part,analysis of effectiveness of illegal traffic control measures and the challenges and problems,analysis of the causes of road traffic violations,from two aspects,the subjective and objective factors of road planning and vehicle management measures.The fifth part,combined with the actual situation in Shanghai,drawing lessons from foreign developed countries and regions,and the same type of domestic cities in the treatment of traffic violations of the experience,as a reference to improve the Shanghai road traffic management decisions.The sixth part,focus on the legislative,institutional,cultural and comprehensive governance factors,put forward countermeasures to improve the Shanghai road traffic illegal management,realize the long-term mechanism of road traffic law governance law,the law must be strictly enforced to ensure that the Shanghai city road traffic and steady development,continuous improvement of social economy.
