Research On The Problem Of Old-age Care For Private “medical And Nursing” Institutions In Qingdao

The aging population of our country is accelerating,the number of the elderly population is rising and the average life expectancy is prolonged,and the family size has been miniaturized.However,the number of elderly and mentally incapacitated people increased.The rapid development of China is facing a more serious pension problem.How to improve the pension model is a great challenge to the current model.Before that,the pension model in our country of medical care and nursing did not exist in the same institution,in order to improve the pension services market and meet the demand of the elderly endowment,the combined of medical and health emerged.This paper takes Qingdao as a typical example,analyzes the emergence and development of the combination model of private medical and nursing here,and finds that there are many restrictive factors such as inconsistent service evaluation,incomplete supervision and management evaluation system,and management mechanism is not perfect even many other factors.Therefore,to analyze the policy and prospect of the private medical and nursing combined pension institutions in Qingdao,we should strengthen the function of government supervision and cultivate the combined medical and health personnel,encourage the participation of social forces and other aspects to better promote the development of the city's pension service industry.
