Every family has old people and everyone will be old.With the rapid development of social economy,the improvement of people's living standard,the population aging accelerated,the majority of the elderly pension problem has become the focus in the society.The elderly happy old age is related to thousands of ordinary family happiness,and which is in relation to the harmony of the whole society."Jiangsu North Gate" of the Ganyu District of Lianyungang,the population aged over 60 accounted for about 16% of the total population,has entered the aging society.How to meet local people's growing demand for pension,make so many elderly people realize the old age home,enjoy their old-age life.A question is placed in front of the manager.Whether the elderly population can achieve different forms of elderly care or not,is related to every household's happiness,also become the first livelihood issues which the public pay more and more attention.This paper intends to relevant national policy research,theoretical research at home and abroad,in Ganyu District of Lianyungang,the relevant agencies,groups of visits to research,summary and analysis of the survey data,reveals the status of old-age pension service system construction in Ganyu area and the development of the cause,the existing investment insufficiency,lack of professional nursing staff,lack of the power of private capital participation,lack of spiritual and cultural life etc.To analyzes the economic reasons,the social reasons,institutional reasons,e xplore pension demand situation in the region of people,from the view of public management,some corresponding countermeasures is proposed,such as straightening out the system mechanism,increasing the financial input,introducing the social forces and so on.
