Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Medical And Nursing Combination Pension Institutions In Taiyuan

With the increasing proportion of aging population year by year,China has ushered in the "silver haired wave".In the past,the separated pension system and medical care system are not enough to cope with the needs of the elderly,and there are a lot of space for the elderly's own service needs.Among them,the elderly and the inconvenient old people need this kind of demand.As a new method to solve the needs of the elderly,the mode of medical support and old-age care has been vigorously promoted by the state.As the first batch of the national medical and nursing pilot cities,Taiyuan makes use of the advantages of its own medical and old-age industry,and vigorously promotes the development of medical care and pension institutions,trying to get out of the local characteristics for the development of the policy of combining medical care in Shanxi.On the basis of consulting the relevant documents of the government of Shanxi and Taiyuan and the relevant documents related to the combination of medical care and pension institutions at home and abroad,this article is based on the relevant documents of the government of Shanxi and Taiyuan and the relevant documents on the integration of pension institutions at home and abroad at home and abroad,and through the interviews with the relevant government departments,and the combination of medical care institutions and the pension institutions in Taiyuan.According to the welfare pluralism and three circle theory,the current status and difficulties of Taiyuan medical care and pension institutions are summarized.It is concluded that the medical care team is unstable,the level of medical service is low and the policy is difficult to implement,the profit prospect is unknown,and the institutional endowment is not enough.To these points,the following five suggestions are proposed to promote the development of Taiyuan medical care and pension institutions: the first is to pay attention to the training of professionals and improve the treatment of employees;the second is to clear the limit of the authority of the management department,to ensure the effectiveness of the policy;and the third is to improve the level of the diagnosis and treatment of geriatric diseases,and to enrich the supply of medical services;the fourth is both the government and the institutions should make efforts to increase revenue and reduce expenditure to seek profit;the fifth is to do propaganda work well so as to enhance the social recognition of the mode of combining medical care with old-age care.
