Daqing City Citizen Network Participates In Empirical Research On Urban Governance

With the development of the Times,the improvement of people's living standard and the enhancement of their own consciousness,people want to strive to be "the protagonist of the city",and the government is changing to the service-oriented government.The government wants to truly serve its citizens,it must really go into the citizens,truly understand the needs of citizens and listen to the aspirations of citizens.However,although the government has made a lot of efforts in its transformation,it has never built up a bridge of effective communication with its citizens.The rapid development of Internet technology has created a more convenient shortcut for the Government to transform into a service-oriented government,and the citizen's participation in urban governance is bound to be the general trend.However,most citizens will speak on the Web platform,but few are really involved in urban governance.Citizens 'participation in urban governance is not very hot,the government's current policy is not enough to understand,the ability to participate in a low capacity is an urgent problem to be solved.The Government's transformation needs to hear the voices of the people,but 1000 citizens will send out 1000 different voices,in a short period of time to collect,classify,and the corresponding solutions and a series of processes,the government is a challenge that can not be underestimated.At the same time,the anonymity of identity in the Internet,in the relevant laws and regulations of the imperfect today,it will be difficult to maintain citizens use the network to participate in urban governance order.This paper studies the problem of Daqing citizens ' participation in urban governance by using network approach,and investigates the reasons why Daqing citizens have the public opinion on the network participation in urban governance by means of questionnaires.In view of the existing situation,it puts forward that citizen's network participates in the decentralization and nonstandard of urban governance,citizen participation in urban governance is irrational,citizen's participation power and ability insufficiency and citizen's network participates in urban governance channel narrow four points.Analysis of the reasons,as the "Internet + Era" to the "ai+ era" of the transition period,Internet mobile end products are the majority of citizens in thelife of one of the essential products,suggested that the government want to really walk into the citizens can use the Internet thinking,with the Internet mobile end of the huge user traffic Integrate the information of urban governance into the life of citizens and encourage citizens to participate in urban governance.The use of "AI" technology to improve the government's responsiveness to citizens,enhance the credibility of the Government,so that the real use of the network in order to rationally and objectively participate in the urban governance in the foreseeable.
