Marxist Ecological Fairness And Its Practical Research

The establishment of the capitalist system had greatly increased the social prolificacy,and human beings have entered from the agricultural era into the industrial age.Along with the continuous expansion of the capitalist mode of production,the conflict between man and nature was becoming more and more obvious,and the social relationship among people is becoming tenser and tenser.Nature had retaliated every time for what so called victory by mankind.Marx saw the illness of capitalism and criticized the anti-ecology of the capitalist system.In Marxism,socialism will replace capitalism,which it not only requires highly developed economic foundation,but also needs the ecological environment with sustainable development.Marxist concept completely criticized the anti-ecological nature of capitalism.The concept of ecological fairness with Max and Engels believes that ecological fairness is the rational distribution of ecological rights and interests by people,on the basis of social production righteousness and their own needs.It is to end the capital rule and make people develop completely and freely.In reality,the socialist countries inherited and developed the ecological fairness concept of Marx and Engels,then they achieved their leaps from theory to practice.The Soviet Communist Party's ecological fairness concept and its practice provided a valuable experience and lessons for today's socialist countries.Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese Communists put forward many theories about ecological fairness,and do abundant ecological fairness practices on the basis of theory which effectively maintaining and realizing ecological fairness.The 18th National Congress of CPC put the construction of ecological civilization into the overall plan for five in one,to enhance the strategic position of ecological civilization.With ecological fairness to be the required element and significant point of penetration of the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics,we should persist and develop Marxist ecological fairness concept,exploring the practice route of ecological fairness in contemporary China,so as to promote the all-round development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
