Strengthen And Improve The Party's Leadership Research On Social Organizations

Since the reform and opening up,our country's social organizations had a rapid development and expansion.It was play an increasingly important role that in promoting economic development,coordination of social contradictions,the expression of the masses demands and providing public goods.They have become the important forces of socialist modernization and important position of the Party work and Mass work.Now,we are pushing the "four comprehensive" strategic blueprint,handle the relationship between the party and social organizations can not only to solve the problems of social organizations themselves,to stimulate the vitality of social organizations and to promote their healthy development,but also beneficial to the social organizations and their employees to firmly attract the party,expand the party's influence on social organizations,thus expanding the social representation of the party and strengthening its ruling foundation.However,at present,the party's leadership of social organizations still has many problems:positioning is not clear,not enough attention,the party building work management system is not perfect,the legal system is imperfect,the party affairs staff is not strong enough and the administration characteristics of social organization is thicker,etc.These problems not only seriously affect the function and function of social organizations,but also challenge the party to play the role of coordinating the overall situation and coordinating the core role of leadership,which is not conducive to the party to improve the ability to govern and leadership.Therefore,this paper adopts the literature research method and case analysis method,from the general theory of political parties and social organizations,and through the analysis of the relationship between the Communist Party and social organizations in various historical periods,that the relationship between party and social organization has always been special--Leadership.The party has a leadership relationship with the social organization--not only has the practical experience,but also has a profound theoretical basis,and it is a basic principles.However,the leadership of the party is not invariably,it must be changed by the historical environment and the mission of the party.From the present point of view,the leadership of the Party of the social organization should establish cooperative leadership---Under the leadership of the party,it can not only promote the healthy development of social organizations,but also enhance the social foundation of the party.The specific approach should start from the two levels of Leadership:the party leading the country and the state supervise the social organizations,and strengthening the party building:to promote the people's congress to improve the legal environment for the management of social organizations;reform the management system of social organizations;and strengthen the support efforts;Adhere to the "party leadership and the autonomy according to law of social organization are unified,and the party's work organically integrated into the operation and development of social organizations".Under that premise,strengthen the effective coverage of Party organizations and Party building work in social organizations.
