Strengthen The Party's Overall Leadership Over Social Organizations

Strengthening the party's leadership of social organizations is of great significance to consolidating the party's ruling foundation.and promoting the development of social organizations.To strengthen the party's leadership of social organizations,the core thing is to strengthen the party members' sense of party belonging and identity.With the approval of the party members' identity,the party members should give full play to Increasing the cohesiveness and fighting capacity of the party organization.Achieving effective implementation of the party's overall leadership over social organizations through the full play of the main body of Party members and the function of Party organizations,and then promote the party's ideological leadership and political leadership in social organization,and strengthen the party members and party organizations to participate in the decision-making of the social organization.Through field investigating and consulting information,this paper finds that the main reason for the weakening of the leadership of party in social organizations is that Party members' recognition is lack in social organizations.On the basis of the systematic review of the political party identification and the theoretical research on the relationship between political parties and social organizations at home and abroad.This paper combine the theory of party-members' identity with the party's leadership in social organization.The most important innovation of this article is that I analysis what factors has affect the party members' identification through the theory of identity.Compared with the traditional party building in social organization,this paper analyzes the phenomenon and the causes of the lack of party identity to the party members and puts forward the path of strengthening the identity of the party members,and to promote the party's overall leadership over social organizations.The Communist Party of China is the highest political leading force,which requires the leadership of the party to be embodied in the party members' psychology,emotion and behavior.If the party members lack strong psychological identity and emotional tendencies,and the behavior support based on this,it will seriously affect exerting the exemplary role of the party members,and then affect the party's overall leadership of the social organization.In this study,through the theory of identity,it combine the party'sleadership of the social organization with the psychological,emotional and behavioral of the members of the party-members in social organization.And making a more comprehensive and practical way to strengthen the identity of the members of the social organization.
