Research On The Religious Policy Of The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region Government From 1937 To 1947

Religion is the result of the development of human social,and it is a special social cultural phenomenon which all governors must face and solve at the same time in the human development history.All governments adopt different religious policies because of different national conditions,but on the whole whether the formulation and implementation of national religious policies is reasonable and effective or not,have an effect on popular support and the country's development and social stability.From the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party,the Chinese Communist Party absorbed classical Marxist writer's religious theoretical achievement,at the same time,explored the way to solve religion problems and make suitable religious policies.The border region's religious situation is complicated and various in the 1930 s,which include Traditional Religion?Western religion?Ethnic religion.The popular religion have an effect on the border region's social life.The popular religion not only have a good influence which is that Religious elite and religious group threw themselves into the war,but also bring bad effect which is that the traito religious group and folk religion hinder the government's administration.In order to unite religious circles to build Chinese united front against Japanese aggression,government of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Regions established a series of religious policies,such as respecting a person's religious faith freedom?guaranteeing a person with religious faith to participate in the administration and discussion of state affairs right?flexibly handling religious land's ownership and right to use?protecting temple cultural relics and historic sites.The government's religious policies created loose circumstance of religious faith,enhanced centripetal force and cohesive force about the government,and laid the foundation of new China's religious policies.In the border region built the religious beliefs of loose environment,this paper mainly from three aspects,respectively is the border region government to perfect the policy on freedom of religious belief,that makes the body of the freedom of religious belief more widely;The border region government guarantee the right of religious participate,it is good for religious and ordinary people to discuss affairs of state;The border region government to protect religious sites,it provides a basic guarantee for the freedom of religious belief.In terms of enhanced the border region government centripetal force and cohesion,this paper respectively from the religious professionals and the general religious people to obey the border region government leadership in politics,economy to the border region government provide money to help to begin research.In terms of laid the foundation of new China's religious policy,this paper mainly from four aspects,respectively is the policy on freedom of religious belief,actively guide the religious and adapt to social development,jointly established the united front,protecting the temple of religious cultural relics.
