Research On The Urbanization Of Migrant Workers In Shenzhen From The Perspective Of Equalization Of Public Services

With the gradual advancement of industrialization and the gradual improvement of the level of urbanization,the urban migrant workers will be an important part of the urban population.For Shenzhen in which the serious inversion phenomenon of household population and non household population,large scale of migrant workers citizenization is the inevitable trend.From a practical view,the non equalization of public services in addition to the household registration system has become an important factor restricting the citizenization of migrant workers in Shenzhen,so basedon the perspective of the equalization of public services,it has a very important significance of studying the citizenization of migrant workers in Shenzhen.Firstly,the article defines three core concepts—"equalization of public services","citizenization" and "migrant workers citizenization",expatiates the basic theory,and discusses the relevance of the equalization of public service and migrant workers citizenization;secondly,based on the method of case study,the article discusses the development status,development process and development characteristics of migrant workers in Shenzhen;thirdly,from the perspective of non equalization of public services,the article analyzes the problems and restricting factors of the equalization of migrant workers in Shenzhen;finally,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the equalization of migrant workers in Shenzhen from the perspective of public service equalization.The conclusions are as follows:(1)one of the meaning of the equalization of public services is the citizenization of migrant workers,the equalization of public services provide policy support for the citizenization of migrant workers;(2)the citizenization of migrant workers in Shenzhen can be divided into four stages:exploration stage,initial stage,development stage and promotion stage,the citizenization of migrant workers in Shenzhen have achieved good results,the sample significance is obvious;(3)the main problems existing in the citizenization of migrant workers in Shenzhen:the non equalization of public employment service,compulsory education,social insurance and housing security,and its constraints factors:economic factors,institutional factors,policy factors and their own factors;(4)according to the existing problems and restricting factors,the article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the citizenization of migrant workers in Shenzhen from the perspective of public service:provide the equalization of public employment service,compulsory education,social insurance and housing security for migrant workers in Shenzhen,and promote the citizenization of migrant workers.
