The Research On Public Services Equalization

In the thirty years of China’s introducing reform and opening up policy,economy has maintained a momentum of high-speed growth.However,with the economic growth,we ignore the concept of sharing the outcome of the social development,so China’s status of generation of migrant workers insociety always in a disadvantageous position, which focused on the strong performance of generation of migrant workers to unequal basic public services.At present,we are committed to building public service government, the strengthening of the central government attaches great importance to public service functions.This will be the dominant factor equalization of basic public services,the content of the study is based on how to improve the theory of equalization of public services,based on the reality of China’s economic and social concerns,based on the effective application of theory through to achieve public service equalization,the equalization of basic public services related policies put forward practical and feasible.This article discusses the theoretical analysis of the content of equalization of public services,elaborates the basic principles of public service content and has a focus on the difference definition from generation of migrant workers and strong group,clears the distinguish of the scope of the object and the object distinction on the basis of theoretical analysis on Chinese government on the equalization of basic public services,the paper then turn in the empirical phase of our current public service unfair status,and analysis from multiple perspectives that the disadvantaged groups in edueation,health and social security aspects of the current situation and the reasons of the inequality.Theoretical and empirical analysis of the previous paper based on the final turn to measures to achieve the goal of the service equalization.It has improved the basic functions of public services and legal means to protect generation of migrant workers and improve the financial system and establish a government allocation of resources to improve the mechanisms and improve access to generation of migrant workers to enjoy basic public services.
