Currently,with the development of the occupation environment and the personal values of the employees,enterprises and their managers can not satisfy employees' growing spiritual needs simply by material incentives,causing conflicts between demand and supply between employees and enterprises,resulting in a rising turnover rate,to study workplace spirituality is necessary.In this paper,based on the literature review,using mature scale to form a network questionnaire,conducting a survey of employee workplace spirituality influence factors,using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis of survey data,and the reliability of the questionnaire was tested by the Cronbach's alpha,and through factor analysis extracted the three dimensions of workplace spirituality:meaningful work,sense of community,alignment with organizational values;The three dimensions of spiritual leadership: vision,hope/faith,altruistic love;The two dimensions of corporate philanthropy behavior: external and internal dimensions;general self-efficacy,perceived organizational support and Individual-Organization values fit,are single dimension.Through Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis,the results show that: demographic variables and organizational variables of employees have a significant effect on the workplace spirituality and its dimensions,which except the gender and academic qualifications,there are distinct differences among the employees of different age,marital status,working time and the nature of the enterprise in workplace spirituality and its dimensions;General self-efficacy,spiritual leadership,organizational support,corporate philanthropy behavior and person-organization values fit have significant positive impact on employee workplace spirituality;Finally,based on the conclusion of the research results,combined with human resource management and enterprise management knowledge,put forward the measures to enhance the enterprise employees in the workplace spirituality.
