As a special state-owned enterprise, prison enterprise has its own dual characteristics. It has the economic and social attributes and has to promote its political function as well as the economic function. Since the reform in2003, prison enterprise has separated the prison from the enterprise gradually. The previous staff was also differentiated from the prison policemen. The former placement, wages and welfare were based on the administrative standards. However, after the reform, the workers of the prison enterprise do not enjoy the salary and welfare system anymore, and their income and position have opened a gap to the policemen gradually. Therefore, the workers of the prison enterprise have experienced psychological changes. Not only does the prison enterprise face the development of market economy, it also faces the challenge of stabilizing the employee team and staff management.Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are core issues of organizational behavior studies.
