The Challenges And Countermeasures Of China's Social Governance In The New Era

As the newest achievement of scientific socialism,socialism with Chinese characteristics has received wide attention from the world after the disintegration of USSR and the upheaval in Eastern Europe.The social governance of the new era of China is a new subject of the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In today's China,the social principal contradiction has been transformed into the contradiction between the people's growing good life needs and unbalanced development.The change of social principal contradiction is the historical change of the overall relationship,which puts forward many new challenges and demands to the social governance of China in the new era.Based on the historical orientation of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper defines the basic concepts of social governance and explores the practice of social governance in China and abroad,from the diverse and upgraded social needs,the individualization and mobility of social members,the virtualization and informatization of social communication,the popularization and pluralism of social public opinion,social risk accumulation and impermanence of five aspects,in-depth analysis of the new era of China's social governance challenges.In view of the new situation of China's social governance in the new era,this paper puts forward that we should adhere to the governance orientation of fairness and justice,tamp the governance foundation of safeguarding the people's livelihood,perfect the governance pattern adapting to the individual mobility of the social members,highlight the management emphases of the network information,stick to the bottom line of risk prevention,and push forward the modernization of social governance system and governance ability.The main idea of this thesis,on the one hand,through the scientific summarization and theoretical promotion of China and foreign countries,especially the experience of Party's 18 years in social governance,the author tries to make a humble effort for the social governance theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the other hand,through an in-depth analysis of the contradictions of social governance,this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions with realistic pertinence,practical operation and practical guidance in order to make reference to strengthening and innovating social governance.
