With the convening of the 19 th National Congress of the Party as an important symbol,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Comrade Xi Jinping made it clear in his report to the 19 th National Congress that the main contradictions in our society have changed at this stage.As the backbone of building a harmonious socialist society,social organizations,after 40 years of continuous development and changes in reform and opening up,have taken root in many fields and blossomed in many fields.In recent years,social organizations have continuously provided high-quality public services to the society,participated in the management of social public order affairs,and carried out various public welfare activities.Social organizations have not only made remarkable achievements in promoting social progress and economic development,but also increased the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the people to participate in social activities,and have greatly stimulated the vitality of social members.In addition,the prosperous development of social organizations has also provided more communication channels for achieving good interaction between the government and the people.At the same time,we must also deeply recognize that the vast majority of social organizations in China are still in their infancy and there are still many irregularities.Firstly,the internal governance is imperfect and lacks credibility;Secondly,the lack of development ability and professional talents;In addition,the government is not very familiar with the management of social organizations and has a strong administrative color.As for the problems revealed by social organizations,we must not let them die and go back to the past,but to profoundly understand theimportant role of social organizations.It is recognized that the initial establishment of the socialist market economy system and the history of reform and opening up have provided rich material conditions and endless opportunities for the vigorous development of social organizations.We must firmly seize this historical opportunity,in the course of continuous practice and exploration,overcome various difficulties,resolve the existing contradictions,improve social organizations in the course of development,and standardize social organizations while moving forward.At present,we should take the social pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing proposed by the 19 th CPC National Congress as a guideline,change our concepts,vigorously promote the construction of social organizations,and form a diversified management pattern.Increase government investment in social organizations;Improving the system of tax incentives;Enhancing the capacity of social organizations to raise funds independently;We will strengthen the governance structure of property rights in social organizations.
