He Balin is the most concentrated and with the largest frequency of population flow of Muslim community in Lhasa where the capital of the Tibet Autonomous Region Muslims living in this community for generations get along well with Tibetans and have formed a different way of living compared with Muslims minority in inland cities in China while preserving their own Islam religious faith.By constant interactions people of the two minorities have formed a living context where religions are respected,cultures are fused,customs are permeated and economies are supplemented.Muslims living for generations in Lhasa which is the center of politics and economics of Tibet.Which a platform can be formed for better understanding and communication among people of different minorities so that mutual respect,forgiveness and appreciation can be achieved.They can learn and gain help from each other whenever they are in need and mutual feelings can be promoted in friendly relationships.The harmonious way Muslims and Tibetans get along with each other and how Tibetan Buddhism and Islam tolerate bear witness to the Party's National Unity Policy in Lhasa.
