This article based on the ecological balance regular and focused on theinadequacies of the structure of adult education then investigated the adverse effects ofimbalance of structure of adult education from hierarchy and regional structure. The articleelaborated the theory points of ecological balance regular and analyzed the useful to adulteducation then got inspiration for the development of adult education.The article was divided into five parts. The first part is introduction. It elaborated theproblem put forward and analyzed the situation through find the research achievement aboutecological balance and the structure of adult education at home and abroad. The second partdefined concept of ecological balance and elaborated the theoretical points. The third part gaveinterpretation of the balanced structure of adult education from the development of political andeconomy and culture and adult education in their own. The fourth part represented the status ofstructure imbalance of adult education from the view of hierarchy and regional structure andanalyzed the reason. The fifth part is based on conceptual understanding and master of points andthe analysis of characterization of hierarchy and regional structure. Combined the relationshipbetween education and ecosystem and receive the adverse effects of structure imbalance andobtain the revelation to balanced development of adult education structure from ecologicalbalance of the law.
