Study On The Adaptability Of Regional Higher Education Structure And Labor Market Structure ——A Case Study Of Liaoning Province

According to the 14th Five-year Plan on October 29,2020,optimizing the economic structure and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure is one of the main goals of economic development in the new period.In December 2020,Liaoning Provincial Party Committee has promulgated the Proposal of CPC Liaoning Provincial Party Committee on The Formulation of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for The National Economic and Social Development of Liaoning Province and the Long-range Goals of 2035,which makes a plan for the economic development and industrial structure adjustment of Liaoning Province during the 14 th Five-year Plan period.Economic development and industrial upgrading have posed new challenges to the restructuring of higher education.Today,with the popularization of higher education,college graduates have become the main human resources to promote economic growth.Under the background of economic restructuring and industrial transformation and upgrading in Liaoning Province,Whether the supply structure of higher education can meet the demand of labor market for talents is an important step affecting industrial transformation and upgrading and economic development.Based on the above background,this thesis mainly studies the adaptability of regional higher education structure and labor market structure problems,taking liaoning province as an example,the carding basic situation of higher education structure and labor market structure,and the interaction between,on the basis of the structure of higher education structure and the labor market in liaoning province’s adaptability for empirical research,Mainly USES the adaptability evaluation method and the grey correlation analysis method,from the hierarchical structure,class structure and professional structure of higher education structure in liaoning province and analyzes the adaptability of the Labour market structure,found in liaoning province higher education structure and labor market structure is not adaptability,reality show is: hierarchical structure development condition is not stable,development trend of the deteriorated;The correlation between discipline structure and labor market structure is low,and the overall adaptability of discipline structure is poor.There are too many traditional popular majors and few majors related to emerging industries.According to the above analysis results,the overall characteristics of higher education structure and labor market structure in Liaoning province are as follows: the scale of specialized education is too small,and the training of skilled talents needs to be strengthened;Disciplinary structure mismatch,emerging disciplines need to be further developed;The optimization of the tertiary industry is not timely and the development of emerging industries is relatively slow.In view of the above problems,this thesis argues that both universities and the government are the main bodies of structural adjustment,and the reform should focus on the structure of higher education and the structure of labor market.The government should play the role of macro-control,guide universities,establish effective information feedback mechanism,and increase the investment in scientific research.Take industrial transformation and upgrading as an opportunity to vigorously develop the tertiary industry and emerging industry labor market;Colleges and universities should strengthen students’ employment training and feedback,make timely structural adjustment in a market-oriented manner,vigorously develop emerging disciplines,and promote interdisciplinary development.
