Along with society and the development of science and technology,High-profile educationcareer, Teachers' professional problem began to become the focus of attention of the internationaleducation. Teacher education teaching activities is the direct executor, teachers' professionallevel directly determine the level of the teaching quality. Sports teachers bear the improvestudents' constitution and training students' social adaptation ability and responsibility, In orderto adapt to the social development and basic education reform, sports teachers must renew theteaching idea, improve their professional knowledge, improving the teaching method andimprove teaching skill, realization of physical education teacher specialization, so as to improvethe overall quality of PE teachersThis research mainly adopts literature data method, questionnaire and mathematicalstatistics and logic analysis and other methods, Liaocheng of middle school physical educationteachers specialization present situation to carry on the investigation, the effect of liaocheng cityin middle school physical education teachers specialization factor analysis, proposed to promotethe professional development of teachers in middle schools in liaocheng correspondingcountermeasures, and the results show that:1Most of the teachers in middle schools in liaocheng belongs to the normal kind ofgraduates, PE teachers' age structure of uneven distribution, present a two small head in themiddle of the trend. Sports teacher ratio imbalance between men and women, the number ofmale teachers is much higher than the female teachers, male sports teachers still hold dominantposition. Education background of physical education teacher basic reasonable, educationundergraduate course and specialized subject to give priority to, but the graduate student degreein relatively few number.2The job before, junior middle school physical education teachers and senior middle schoolphysical education teachers in professional sports to the attitude are basically the same. Mostsports teachers on the job front like or love sports professional, yearning and pursue becomesports teacher, professional identity and professional spirit is higher.
