Since the establishment of the people’s Republic of China’s education development.Especially in recent years,the rapid development of education,level of school education has also been considerable development and improvement,which is in the core status of teacher occupation accomplishment level increasingly educated and the people’s attention.Physical education as an important part of school education,and as the guidance of the class.Physical education teachers’ professional quality plays a very important role in the quality of physical education and is also the key to the healthy growth of middle school students;it is also a powerful guarantee to promote the development of physical education teachers’ comprehensive.This study investigated the professional literacy of middle school physical education teachers in Shanxi Province,and Analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the professional quality of middle school physical education teachers.Put forward the corresponding suggestions,and then improve the professional quality of middle school physical education teachers.This article carries on the research to the Shanxi province 267 middle school physical education’s professional accomplishment by mainly the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method and the logical analysis method and so on.On the one hand,to analyze the basic situation and professional quality of physical education teachers in middle schools in Shanxi Province.On the other hand,it analyzes the influence of teachers’ basic situation and teachers’ professional accomplishment and the level of their professional accomplishment.Finally,it analyzes the relationship between the various dimensions of physical education teachers’ professional accomplishment.the study are as follows:(1)From the analysis of the basic situation of the middle school physical education teachers in Shanxi Province,it is concluded that the present situation of the middle school PE teachers in Shanxi province is not very optimistic.Middle school physical education teachers’ professional quality in Shanxi province is in the middle level,and the space is larger.In the four dimensions of teachers’ professional quality,teachers’ professional knowledge and mastery of professional knowledge are better.Teachers’ professional ethics and professional ability are relatively lacking,and need to be improved.(2)The difference between the basic situation and the professional quality of the middle school physical education teachers in Shanxi Province shows that: teachers’ professional ideas and teachers’ teaching school district has significant difference,and teachers are not different from other basic situation.Teachers’ professional ethics and teachers’ age,education level,professional title,there are significant differences,and gender,tenure,school classes,the school where there is no difference.Teachers’ professional knowledge and teachers’ educational level and professional title are significantly different,and the other five basic cases are not different.Teachers’ professional competence and teacher’s age,educational level,professional title,school type,school regional types,there is a significant difference,and gender,tenure are not different.The difference analysis of the overall level of teachers’ professional accomplishment shows that: There is a significant difference between the teachers’ professional quality and the overall level of teacher education,qualifications,age,school type,between the teachers and the gender,age,school type does not exist significant differences.(3)There are significant correlation between the four dimensions(professional concept,professional knowledge,professional knowledge,professional ability)of the professional quality of middle school physical education teachers in Shanxi Province.There was also a significant correlation between the overall level of professional accomplishment and the four dimensions.The following suggestions are put forward on the occupation of middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province: Strengthening teachers’ professional development,teachers’ professional ethics and the education of normal physical education students to lay the foundation for the middle school physical education teachers to have a good professional accomplishment.Take various forms of vocational training,in order to improve the professional quality of middle school physical education teachers to provide protection,improve the physical education teachers’ pay treatment,stimulate the enthusiasm of the work of sports teachers and competitive.
