junior high school teachers are the foundation of the whole teachers. However, it is a pity for us to say due to their work, the living environment, independent program, theoretical guidance and other factors, the teachers are facing many difficulties and problems in the process of the professional development. Teachers'professional development is the demand of social development, the needs of the new curriculum reform, as well as the needs of the development of the teachers themselves. At present, to sum up, there are totally three existing problems of the junior high school teachers:the first, the whole quality of teachers'team is uneven. Generally, there are three groups among the current school teachers, that is, the old normal graduates, those who have worked at a school run by the local people at first and later become regular workers, and some normal college graduates in recent years. The second, teachers'team of academic structure is not rational. Junior high school teacher subject structure of geography, history, biology, music, art, sports, and other small science and education of teachers is learned to be in shortage. The third, it is about teachers'widespread occupational burnout. Countermeasures and methods must be taken to help junior high school teachers'professional development out. The specific performance must strengthen the sense of lifelong learning and ability. Teaching must be rooted in the reality, face the world, face the future, and should be more contemporary as well. For a long period of time, the teachers can only convey knowledge mechanically, and may not have any of the courses of the autonomy of improvement and building. Therefore, under new curriculum, teachers are required to have the curriculum development ability, their own designated objective and the content of courses, and meanwhile they are required to be responsible for the curriculum implementation and evaluation. So teachers must learn to learn, and constantly update their concepts.What's more,they must learn to train and develop their reflection ability to become reflective teachers. Teaching reflection is a process in which the teachers constantly exploit their own teaching process in various aspects of the existing problems in teaching and then correct scheme design based on it with the aid of the action research, try to solve the problem, realize optimized teaching in the teaching practice, and make our own growth for "scholar" teachers process.In a way, we can say teachers'professional development is a process in which the teacher's reflection is active, persistent and effective. In the new curriculum teaching, teachers should combine the new advocated teaching ideas and methods, comprehensively use various reflection means and methods, timely figure out problems and the insufficiency in the process of teaching, correct and solve them in practice, constantly improve the reflection consciousness and reflection ability, update the teaching idea, and develop professional level. Pay high attention to exchanges and cooperation ability. The teachers'exchanges and cooperation is particularly important in the skills of new course reform background. In practical teaching practice, teachers must carry on the four levels of cooperation, that's, a teacher and education managers cooperation, a teacher and parents cooperation, the cooperation between teachers, and the cooperation between teachers and students. We should improve teachers'specialization, make clear standards and improve teachers' professional training environment. Along with the further social civilization improved and the increase of the education information, requirements of social education is also becoming higher and higher. Consequently, people are no longer satisfied with general and the basis of education, but hope to get a better quality of education. Therefore, to improve the teachers'training should be an inevitable result to improve education quality standards. Formulate unified, more standardized, scientific teacher professional standard and security system should be basic work for our teacher specialization construction, which is urgent.
