When teaching the new course, many teachers have dilemmas in practice. The school-based teaching research may be the efficient way to help them walk out. The way of mutual help among teachers does not only give the prominence to the concept of "research" in teaching practice, but also highlights the teachers'roles of being researchers, which plays an important part in teachers'specialization. This paper is about the practice in school-based teaching research in our school-Beijing No.4high school, Shunyi Branch, which attempts to find the efficient means to implement the way of mutual help among teachers in school-based teaching research, and have a theoretical discussion on characteristics and organization structure of this way, as well as how to implement it. Meanwhile, the paper will attach more importance to empirical analysis. It is hoped to make up for the insufficiency in this area, give the practical guide to the school-based teaching research, promote teachers'specialized development and self-management, and improve the efficiency of carrying out the way of mutual help among teachers in school-based teaching research.
