Research On The Performance Evaluation Management System Of Teachers In HH Higher Medical College

With the arrival of the era of the global economy, the human resources of univeisity become an important strategic resource that promote the development of social and ecnomic. Among which management of the human resource of medical University is especially important, because medical advanced education includes two large livelihood issues that people care about:visit a doctor and go to school, undertakes important task that protect human health and cultivate health talents, has profound influence of carrying out cultural innovation and rejuvenating the country through science and education strategy.Above all, this thesis carried on the elaboration that include: background of subject and significance of thesis, ideas and methods of research, framework of research and status of research at home and abroad and so on.Introduced current situation of the performance evaluation of teachers'work in HH medical college, analysed the shortcomings of the current situation, and based on it, used the Delphi method and the AHP method to analyse and acquire weight distribution of index system of teachers'performance evaluation.In the course of the study, I used the comparative method, the method of questionnaire to make contrast analysis from beginning to end about effect of implementation of the management system of performance evaluation in HH medical college; From which I find limitation of the school' current management system of performance evaluation, and put forward the feasible methods of improvement so as to afford some helpful reference for management of the performance evaluation of school' teacher.In the end, this thesis summarizes and points out the defects of the research, which come up with the prospect about future of the management system of performance evaluation of the higher junior college in our country.
