With increasingly fierce competition for talent has become increasingly fierce competition between nations,we must vigorously develop the tertiary education to meet the challenges of vocational education is an important part of our higher education,vocational teachers as bearers of the heavy responsibility of education in schools plays an important role in the development.Vocational teacher performance appraisal is an important part of the performance evaluation system of higher vocational colleges.Vocational institutions in our country to carry out performance appraisal of teachers in its infancy,the lack of experience and Conditions.Only by establishing a sound performance appraisal system,fully mobilize the active role of the teachers will be better to promote education forward.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the thesis,dissertation research methods and content,and summarizes the research status quo of teacher evaluation at home and abroad.Then the basic theory of performance management review based on HD Vocational College gave a brief description and analysis of the status of faculty performance appraisal assessment,noting that some problems which the purpose is not clear the hospital examination,assessment indicators set lack science,too simple,unscientific appraisal standards,reward and punishment mechanism and feedback mechanism is not perfect and other issues;assessment method for the problems in the teacher performance appraisal,the school,using the Delphi method,management by objectives,360-degree evaluation to conduct a performance appraisal system optimization design,formulation of the assessment purpose and principle,the main body with the content,improve the assessment index system and evaluation indicators of the right weight distribution of the contents of the performance appraisal core system,at the same time formulating a appraisal organization and execution,examination results and content of the complaint assessment supporting system;Finally,in order to ensure the goals of performance appraisal,this paper puts forward some implementation about teacher performance appraisal system,including the emphasis on leadership,organizational management,internal communication and coordination,as well as organizational assessment training,and presented some of the problems encountered in the implementation of the assessment program,these problems are from the assessment,or from the evaluation,or technical assessment.At last,it gives some recommendations to solve these problems.
