Our country issued the middle school teachers' professional standard(try out) in 2012,This is an important milestone in promoting teachers' professional development in our country.The twenty-first Century is the century of life science, biology teacher in middle school should not only cultivate life scientific literacy for all students, more important is to cultivate innovative talents in the future life science field, this set a higher request to the high school biology teachers' literacy.
