| Classical poetry, as an important part of student learning content, has always played a very important role in Chinese teaching. Learning classical poetry not only can increase the accumulation of language, cultural tradition, but also help improve the ability of students to appreciate the ancient literary works of outstanding character cultivation. However, the impact of the traditional exam-oriented education is deep-rooted, and the current classical poetry teaching in middle school, whether in theory or in methods, are not innovative. Students are uninterested in classical poetry, and learning initiative has been largely reduced.Inquiry-based teaching methods, which emphasize students to learn in an independent cooperative and exploring way, are different from traditional teaching. It is one of the ideas of the new curriculum, a focus that people are keen to explore today, forcing in changing the passive closed malpractice of traditional teaching. This thesis is written under above background.The full paper is divided into four parts:Introduction: The main explanation of this thesis writing ideas, theoretical basis for subjects, the current status of research and research significance.Chapter One: Overview of inquiry teaching theory. It is based on heuristic teaching, Polya’s advocated active learning, constructivism, cooperative learning concept and basic ideas of modern teaching theory. The concept of subjectivity and democratic teacher-student relationship, teaching effectiveness and other characteristics are embodied by inquiry-based language teaching. On this basis, this thesis is determined to explore meaning and goal of inquiry teaching classical poetry.Chapter Two: Classical poems inquiry teaching process implementation. Three aspects: the methods, policies and procedures, are mainly discussed.Chapter Three: Deep Discussion on inquiry teaching classical poetry. The main benefits of inquiry teaching and problems in high school classical poetry teaching today are summarized, and the effective application of inquiry-based teaching is proposed.Based on teaching practice, this thesis learns the essence of the theory of inquiry teaching, hoping to provide a reference for the classical poetry teaching ideas. |
