Cooperative learning is a creative and effective teaching theory and strategy.It obtains the widespread attention and application in the whole world. And many schools in China follow it,too. This paper, is a summary and reflection of the practice of cooperative teaching on the subject of Chinese in our school(High School Affiliated To Nanjing Normal University Xianlin School).This paper analyses the function of the cooperative learning on the basis of relevant literature on the theory of cooperative learning, both at home and abroad. The language teaching cooperative learning can improve the academic performance of students. And it is of great significance to promote the all-round development of students. Then it analyses the influencing factors of team cooperation by combining the school language classroom teaching Teams-cooperative situation and dilemma of learning, and the way of a questionnaire survey of students to understand the team's identity and fitness. Based on this analysis, the practice of cooperative teaching in the language classroom, and aim at the different classes using the corresponding case a detailed case analysis.In this paper, on the basis of theoretical analysis, through the practice study of language teaching in primary combination, through the observation of individual students, and students, three test data analysis:the implementation of cooperative learning teaching strategies in the junior middle school language teaching. It can enhance students' interest in learning Chinese and promote the all the students of different level. And it can cultivate students' cooperative consciousness and ability.
