Based on the junior middle school language teaching practice, the paper objectively describes the operation status of cooperative learning in the local junior high school, combined with the research results of related theories and former cooperative learning, focusing on the problems of cooperative learning model existing in the local junior middle school. There is a good reason for our teachers to further study cooperative learningThrough the description and analysis on the phenomenon, this paper sums up the three big problems in cooperative learning, which are the "formalization","boredom " and "disorder". Then this paper analyzes the reasons for these problems and combines with the practical research on related theory and their own, looking for targeted coping strategies.In this paper, a solid grasp of related theories and skills together with carefully selected cooperation contents and forms according to the different teaching content can effectively deal with the "formalization" problem in the cooperative learning; Classroom activities combined with the characteristic of Chinese course and bettered guide learning can stimulate and protect students' interest in learning, which is to solve the "boredom" problem; Positive functions of strengthening students' team construction, paying attention to students' cooperation skills and attaching importance to the role of evaluation are conducive to the improvement of cooperative learning "disorder" problem.Teaching practice shows that only by a summary and reflection constantly in practice, deeply understanding the essence of the theory of cooperative learning in teaching, suiting one's measures to local conditions along with flexible use can we make the cooperative learning better "localization", and eventually play a positive role in cooperative learning.
