The new teaching theory and strategy of cooperative learning began to introduce classroom teaching in China in the early 1990 s.Over the past 20 years,many experts and scholars and teachers have conducted theoretical exploration and Practice on cooperative learning.These studies have played an active role in further understanding the characteristics and educational value of cooperative learning,improving and improving the effect of cooperative learning.As a new way of learning,cooperative learning has adapted to the requirements of the curriculum reform to change the way of learning.In the implementation of the Chinese curriculum,the cooperative learning is used in the implementation of the Chinese curriculum,to cultivate the students' good cooperation consciousness,to stimulate the students' interest in Chinese Learning and to establish an effective student learning community.The quality of Chinese language has an irreplaceable role.However,due to the influence of many factors,the development of cooperative learning in rural junior middle school Chinese teaching and the actual effect are not satisfactory.As a primary school language teacher in rural junior middle school,the importance of cooperative learning and the lag of cooperative learning in Chinese teaching practice have produced the idea of taking the status and problems of cooperative learning in rural junior middle school as the research topic.In order to understand the status and problems of cooperative learning in rural junior high school,the researcher developed a special questionnaire,conducted a questionnaire survey on 400 students in the sample school,and selected 15 teachers from the sample school,and interviewed them deeply.Through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that the main problems of cooperative learning in rural junior middle school are: the construction of cooperative group is unreasonable;the goal of cooperative learning is unreasonable;the understanding of cooperative learning is insufficient;the process of cooperative learning is formalized;the ability of students' cooperative learning is low;the summary of teacher evaluation is singleand one-sided.This paper puts forward the teaching strategies of improving cooperative learning in rural junior middle school:(1)comprehensive consideration and reasonable arrangement of groups;(2)carefully screening,clear cooperation objectives;(3)change ideas and enhance cooperation awareness;(4)strengthen study,grasp the essence of cooperation;(5)optimize cooperation and optimize cooperation ability;(6)We should improve the mechanism and carry out multiple evaluation.
