National art is an important part of national culture, it not only have the aesthetic value, but also has profound historical and cultural value, it reflecting the Chinese national view and values, it carrying the mission of inheritance history and culture. National art education in kindergarten can make children form a kind of cultural consciousness, feel rich and beautiful national fine arts, cultivate children's interest in national art,at the same time take they contributes to the national art heritage. The author through analyzed the present situation and problems of the national fine arts education in kindergarten, try to put forward strategies for the improvement of the kindergarten national fine arts education, promote the kindergarten set up correct concept of education, realize the importance of national fine arts education, explore the way of kindergarten national art education, in order to carry out national art education in a motive way.This research mainly adopt the literature method, interview method, observation method, questionnaire survey and so on, took some kindergartens in L city as investigation object, through learned the kindergarten's development situation of national arts education in L city, discovered the existing ethnic problems in arts education, and put forward constructive countermeasures in view of the problem, in order to contribute national arts education in kindergarten. The paper is divided into three parts, include introduction, body and conclusion.The introduction part is mainly stated about the selected topic reason, research status, research methods, research significance and the innovation of this article, and for the further study to lay a theoretical basis about kindergarten national art education research.The body part is divided into four chapters. First chapter overviewed the national art education in kindergarten, it mainly defined some core concepts. Firstly, it stated the concept, types, characteristics of national art, it divided five classes includes ethnic painting, sculpture, folk arts and crafts, folk buildings, national calligraphy, summed up the characteristics of the national fine arts nationality, folk-custom and implicated. secondly,it stated the value and concept of national art education in kindergarten.The second chapter invested the present situation of national arts education in kindergarten, it mainly from the degree of teachers' understanding of national art, national art accomplishment of preschool teachers, preschool ethnic art and the external environment of national art education.The third chapter analyzed the present situation of art education in kindergarten, it explored the problems and reasons about the teaching in national art, it has analyzed in five aspects, included teachers' realization, teachers' quality, education content, education method and external environment.The fourth chapter according to the existing problems and reasons of the national arts teaching in kindergarten, the author has put forward five strategies of national arts education to improve the present situation, the first is to set up correct concept of national fine arts education; The second is to improve the national fine arts preschool teachers quality; the third is to enrich the content of kindergarten national arts education; the fourth is to explore the national arts in diversification; the fifth is to strengthen social support about the national arts education.The conclusion part reaffirmed the meaning and value of national fine arts education in kindergarten, it stated the written way of thinking and frame structure, pointed out the shortages and clarified the author's direction effort.
