Preschool education is part of the national education. Do thechildren education of children is not an easy job, the preschool educatorsneed patience and thoughtful, combined with the children’s psychologicalcharacteristics of children, the clever use of educational technology tomake the education of young children, give them a happy and fulfillingchildhood. The progress of the society has put forward higherrequirements for the development of early childhood education. In thiscase, how to the kindergarten for more effective management, make itadapt to the need of new development, it has become a major issue ofpreschool peer.In recent years, Inner Mongolia Wuhai city Haibowan Districtadhere to educational innovation, adhere to the combination of educationand economic development, adhere to the idea of running education toserve the people, and strive to build a strong education, to promote thereform and development of education, education obtained theconsiderable development, teaching and achieved fruitful results.However, since the early childhood education is influenced by traditionalmanagement system, teachers and not enhance timely supplement, thenumber of children, teachers structure and overall quality and educationdevelopment in the new period does not adapt, the overall low level ofpre-school teachers, has become one of the main factors of earlychildhood education development in the region. Therefore, this studythrough the present situation of Haibowan District of Wuhai City, thekindergarten and the existing problems, put forward some suggestions, inorder to improve and enhance the management level of kindergartens inWuhai City, and to provide reference experience for the rest of thekindergarten.According to the theory of kindergarten teacher management, thebasic construction of the kindergarten to kindergarten, teacher’s basicsituation, the basic situation, the basic situation of private kindergartenteachers, kindergarten teachers’ management and the survival status offirst hand data, basic psychological status on the thorough analysis, willbe the development of objective reasons from the city society, educationdepartment management training, training and guidance of teachers, thedevelopment of private kindergarten, kindergarten teachers survivalanalysis.Based on this, the author draws on humanity hypothesis theory,motivation theory, human resource management theory, put forward toimprove the present situation of Haibowan District kindergarten in Wuhai city from the expansion of pre-school education resources, innovation ofkindergarten mode, improve the development of early childhoodeducation activity, strengthen regional management, rational allocation ofEducation resources, and gradually promote the teaching reform ofpreschool education, enhance the school to improve the quality ofkindergarten, kindergarten teachers treatment, strengthen the constructionof teachers’ team, and actively explore the humanity, the kindergartenmanagement democratization, the expansion of rural kindergartenresources, home hand in hand, to achieve the home-kindergarteneducation, strengthen the supervision to improve the private educationinvestment.
