Abstract/Summary:
In 2001, our country promulgated "full-time compulsory education art curriculum standard(experimental draft)" and proposed "art education in the stage of basic education is becoming more integrated. Not only music and art begin to cross the fusion, but also drama, dance and so on enter the art class". This is the first time that drama entered the arts integrated curriculum in several major categories, which is a kind of fully affirmed the value of the drama education. The value of children’s drama to children’s physical and mental development is more and more recognized by many people, and the research on the practice of children’s drama education is gradually increasing. But the study on children’s drama creation from the perspective of the theory of Constructivism is scanty. How to explore and mine the best way of children’s drama creation under the guidance of Constructivism undoubtedly is extremely advantageous for the children’s drama to give full play to its numerous value. Based on the related research about children’s drama in reference to the scholars at home and abroad, this research uses the literature method, observation method, interview method, and case analysis method to study the children’s drama creation under the Constructivism. This study mainly consists of three parts:In the first part, an overview of relevant theories of children’s drama creation. On the basis of predecessors’ research, the author analyzes the concept and elements of children’s drama. Based on this, the study presents the types and characteristics of children’s drama, and the children’s drama creation was related in this paper.In the second part, Constructivism theory and the children’s drama creation tight fit. This part mainly explores the intrinsic conjunction point between Constructivism theory and children’s drama creation, which lays the theoretical basis for the children’s drama creation. The meeting point is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: Firstly, constructivist view of knowledge fits the learning characteristics of the children in the children’s drama creation activities; Secondly, constructivist view of students fits subject participation and individual development of the children’s drama creation; Thirdly,constructivist view of learning fits self experience and meaning construction of the children’s drama creation.In the third part, the children’s drama creation with the guidance of Constructivism. Creation process includes the following several aspects: Firstly, the materials selection of Children’s drama creation; Secondly,the principles of children’s drama creation; Thirdly,the specific methods of children’s drama creation. Finally, some suggestions of the children’s drama creation for the drama education in the kindergarten.
