In the deepening under the background of new curriculum reform, follows long-standing teachers' centre, knowledge-centered education philosophy has been to focus on students, promote the development of students. In the traditional reading teaching, usually teachers to impart their own interpretation of the text or the teaching reference books of text analysis. And the teaching design for teaching service. Under the concept of new curriculum, reading instruction is the process of dialogue between students, teachers and text. Instructional design as a starting point for reading instruction, teachers in perspective of design of reading teaching should be based on learning, teaching according to the learning objectives, and choosing the right content, for students provide premises to ensure real development.This section focuses on the background, the purpose and the significance of the research. Besides that, it also makes a detailed instruction about relevant research overview and research ideas and methods. The first part is teaching the design of learning perspective of theory. This article carried out a clear concept of reading teaching design and learning situation analysis. Then study the humanistic learning theory, learning theory of constructivism and the zone of proximal development theory, designed for reading learning perspective to seek support.The next part is practical investigation. Using interviews and document analysis examines the current design secondary analysis of the situation of the teaching of reading, and to sort out the problem of its existence. I think that teachers are learning analysis on consciousness, emotion, such as superficial and analysis method of single issue can not be ignored. Then analysis of factors contributing to the problem, pointed out that based on the learning perspective the necessity and urgency of teaching design.Most important of all is study analysis of the specific operation. In this chapter described in detail including interviewing, questionnaires, the procedure, observations and other access methods. And detail from the student's former status, potential students, and other aspects of the learning situation analysis. And the last part is supported by learning to read the implementation of instructional design. With examples from the teaching goals setting, teaching strategies, selection, design and other aspects of the teaching process in order to support the design and implementation of the teaching of reading the discussion and attempt to establish.The article based on this background, the paper from the parts deals, trying to provide some references for teaching practice. In addition, this lack of research and future directions of improvement are described. Learning perspective from reading the teaching design and teaching of significance is self-evident. Only based on the students ' practice teaching design to build effective classroom, promote the comprehensive development of students. The current study is just the beginning, also needs to be more in-depth exploration.
