Teenagers are the inheritors of China's future development,and virtue leads teenager's splendid growth.Globalization and different kinds of culture have massive effects on teenager's thinking.At this age,their worldview,weltanschauung and value are not mature,as well as they lack of social experience.It is vital for them to realize how important the virtue is.Reinforced moral education,they can not only treat themselves more exactly,but also treat the whole society and others more critically.From this,teenagers can become country's successors who have moral and ideology.Our Party and country put more emphasis on moral education during a long time.Our country will clearly realize the innovation of Chinese traditional culture in terms of development and transformation.Besides this,19~thh CPC National Congress of the Party also focus on Red Revolution and improve socialistic core culture of new times,in order to realize groundbreaking development of China's Soft Power.Core socialist values which are fulfilled throughout our country,are added into Party Constitution.Steering citizen's direction of ideology,we can enhance the place of Marxism.From its improvement,we can understand hoe important the Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,the moral education can strengthen teenager's ability and put Party Constitution into practice.In the first part,the article illustrates the source of virtue bildung.The view of practice and the overall development of human beings in Marxism are important for virtue bildung.People spend a lot of time to research it not only in China but also in foreign countries.Traditional Confucianism improve themselves by self-communion.Taoists uses inaction and negative deeds to emphasize their passive function.Buddhist focus on their subjective initiative.Socrates'method is famous for its sarcasm,delivery,induction,and definition.Aristoteles thinks virtue is a long process to cultivate.Kant thinks virtue can affect in society,Macintyre researches virtue practice,All of these are origins of virtue.In the second part,it emphasizes what is virtue bildung,what's the main part of virtue bildung,what is the process,and how to work.Virtue bildung concludes treating country as family,respecting parents,to be honest,to be positive and well-mannered.Remembering virtue in heart and putting the virtue into practice are the first two steps.The last step is how to put them together.As for how to work,it concludes virtue cognition,virtue feeling,virtue purpose and virtue reaction.In the third part,it introduces virtue bildung's realistic needs.In this part,it includes virtue bildung's importance,disadvantages of traditional virtue methods,and the function of virtue bildung.In the last part,it illustrates how to realize virtue bildung.It can includes three angles.Students should study,resolve,and have self-communion and personally practice.Family should cooperate with school,and give student's good examples to learn,and communicate with them.
