Since the ancient time, the education is the focus of the social corina. Teacher-student relationship is not only the important issue of pedagogy and psychology, but also the source and basis of many literary writers. The teacher-child relationship is a particular part of the teacher-student relationship. It specifically refers to the relationship forged between teachers and the early childhood in an educational institution,including the behavioral and emotional exchange interaction between the teacher and children. Teacher-child relationship is one of the most important relationships in childhood development and the core element of the entire early childhood education. It is not only related to the quality of early childhood education,but also affects the development of the children's personality growth, interpersonal communication and social adaptability and ability of other aspects. The picture-book is an unique charming style of the children's literature. It creates the unique literary world loved by young children through the perfect combinations of pictures and text. It takes the children as protagonist mainly,showing the free, fantasy, sensitive and unique world of children through the children's perspective. The book also reflects the interaction of children and adults. The image of teachers in picture-book is gentle or harsh, which is a real-life projection. It Also implies the thoughts for the teacher-child relationship of a creator. These are rich and vivid resources in studying teacher-child relationship. At the same time, cutting from the perspective of literary works is also a new perspective to the study of teacher-child relationship.This article selects the works showing the teacher-child interaction and problems as an entry point, according to the characteristics of picture books, takes the method of text analysis combined with the languages, colors, lines, shading, details and other factors, expecting to grasp the whole story and spirit of the connotation. The first part is the concept and definition of the picture-book and the teacher-child relationship, presents the unique value studying teacher-child relationships through picture-books. The second part primarily presents the teacher-child relationship of these picture-books, including two types of good with the bad, describes the different impact of teacher-child relationship under the different states on young children.The third part is the inspiration of picture-books on the construction of a good teacher-child relationship, including establishing a correct view of children, locating the teachers' roles correctly and taking effective educational strategies to improve educational wisdom.
